Review of my 2009 Resolution

Lose more weight - Im still overweight. Need to exercise more.

Beginning of the year :

End of the year:

Weight loss : 102.1 - 82.2 = 19.9kg :D
BMI : 30.2 to 24.3
FAT % : 27.8% to 19.8%
FAT MASS : 28.4 - 16.3 = 12.1kg :D
FFM (Fat Free Mass) = 73.7 - 65.9 = 7.8kg :(

So basically, I loss 12.1kgs of FAT and 7.8kgs of MUSCLE which brings the total loss of 19.9kgs. I loss 4 or 5kgs of muscle due to the fasting month cause i didnt go to the gym. Anyway, im quite happy with the result. For next year, im aiming to drop my fat to 10kg or lower, and increase my muscle to 70kgs or more. Oh and get six packs of course :D

Get better results for my exams - Currently doing fine but could be better =)
-Still doing fine :D

Win a title - I currently have no open tournament bowling title and so plan to get one this year
-Didnt enter many open tournaments this year, so no titles yet. =/

Get my license - I want to drive and be Emy's,Dina's and Esha's new driver xD
- Got my license and yes, my current job is a driver, for everyone. XD

Hopefully, find a girlfriend - hahaha...have been single since i was born but im fine with being single. Just wana try something new. bwahaha =P
- Bwahaha, still single, 18 years now. DAM xP

Spend less money buying stuff - Thanx to my bro, my sukma money was 2/3 gone bcause of the xbox360. So i plan to win more but spend less money on my stuff and more for my friends. =)
- I actually spent alot of money buying new clothes as I was getting thinner. HAHA :P

Try not to be so nice - Some say that im too nice and i agree cause i dont know how to be bad and thats not good. So i would try not to be so nice, it helps me to be a better person. i think >.<
- HAHA. Still learning how to be bad. But people do say im getting more 'kerek'. Does that count as not being so nice? =p

Hello blog...sorry for abandoning you for so long...Ive been busy lately...with holidays of course :D

So results are out (I know, dam fast rite?) and yup i passed everything. Got 1HD,2D and 1C. So imma happy. :P

Lately, Ive been lepak-ing alot and I mean ALOT. This is all because almost everyone is on holiday. Me and emy still have 2 and a half months left. Esha has wat? 6 or 7 months? So yeah, ive been driving alot too. Drebar la katakan.

Oh guess what, I have to put on weight now. Haha. Ironic rite? Apparently, im TOO skinny people say. Well maybe theyre just not used to seeing me slim-er(im not that slim actually) cause i used to be fat. XD I actually dont mind if gaining muscles but no gaining fats please. Six packs here I comeeee or maybe 8 packs :P

Friday the 13th has always been associated with people having bad luck or good luck. Well I got more of the bad stuff.

LATE FOR EXAM

Today I am supposed to sit for my exam at 9. I slept at 2.30 the day before because I "studied". So when I was about to go to bed, I put my alarm at 6.45. I told my mom to wake me up before she goes to work (around 7.10) just in case I didn't wake up. Turned out I didnt wake up due to the alarm or my mom, my dad woke me up at 9 but I didn't know it was 9. He asked me whether I had an exam today. I blurly said no and was about to fall asleep again when it struck me. OMG WTH today got econs. My dad then ask what time? I said 9, lama lagi kan. Then my dad screamed SKRANG KUL 9 LA. I jumped out of bed straight went straight into the toilet, got cleaned up, put on clothes that was on the floor of my room and dashed outside to my father's car. Yes people, I didnt have time to bathe. Neways, back to the story, my dad drove almost like a maniac and I arrived at college about 9.17, I left the house at 9.10, dam fast rite? I had time to go refill my water bottle and then went into the exam hall. And guess what, I wasn't the latest person to enter the exam hall, some girl entered the hall at 9.50, the exam finishes at 11. It's either she wants to FAIL or she is dam freaking smart to finish econs exam in 1 hour. XD

THE EXAM

The econs exam had 2 sections, objective and subjective. I opened the objective part and saw that the questions were dam easy, and I mean DAMN EASY. I happily did the objective part and finished it around 15 minutes (there were only 20 questions). Then I opened the subjective part, where we had to choose 3 out of the 5 questions, each question had 10 marks. My jaw literally dropped as I read each question. WTFH is this shit I thought. It was tough, and I mean TOUGH. I did the best I could but I don't think I will get a HD. =(

SUKMA

In the evening, I went to SUKMA training cause next week is the Selangor Classic. So I figured, if they want me to play, I had to train. Turned out uncle Kenny didn't come today so we trained on our own. Then Encik Mat wanted to discuss about our gym and sukma. Guess what, SUKMA has been delayed to 10-19 June. I HAVE FREAKING EXAMS ON 14-26. How the hell am I gonna play??!

So 13th November 2009 was one of the WORST days of 2009 for me. Hope that your Friday the 13th wasn't as bad as mine. All that said and done, can't wait to finish my exam and start my 3 and a half months of HOLIDAY. I desperately need it. (>.<)

Last Wednesday, as usual, I went to Ole-ole at shah alam for training. As I parked my car and started walking to the lift, a malay sales girl approached me from the back.

S : HELLO!

Me : *looks around and continues walking* (I thought she was saying hello to someone else >.>)

S : Can you speak in malay? (She thinks im chinese, like some people also >.<)

Me : *stops and wonders if the person is talking to me*

S : Abang nak belajar camne nak belajar bahasa lain tak? Saya ada jual product ni nama linguaphone. (Abang?? WTH im younger than you >.>)

Me : Oh, I've heard of it but im not interested.

S : Abang tengok2 arh dulu, ada banyak bahasa, French, German...

Me : Sorry, im not interested but maybe you should use it. You're selling a linguaphone yet you don't know how to speak in english. When you address a stranger you should say "excuse me" not scream "HELLLO". It's considered rude.

S : Hmph. *walks away* (She cursed some malay words thinking that i dont know but i do know)


Wooo. Wednesday is the most tiring day of the week for me because class is from 8-4 then straight to training. But on this particular wednesday class finished at 4.40 because the lecturer had a meeting. I was tired and yeah, this person approached me at the wrong time. I was pissed off. Kan dah kene :P

Time Machine

So I just got back my business law total marks...and guess what...yupezz...i suck...got 35/50...like WTH man...now i need at least 40 marks from finals...haihhh...

Its been a longgggg week for me...a lot of college-ing, assignment-ing, training, not enough sleeping...yesterday i went to visit my grandparents and played on my cousin's very super-uber computer...which has a very very good graphics card and was connected to a 24 full hd screen *drooooooools* XD

So finals is on 12,13,16,17 got 2 days break cause of the weekend....thats 3 more weeks....dam it...time flies so fast...it was just like yesterday that i registered for college...oh well...study study study...now, where's my xbox? :D

Oh, Business Law now officially sucks. Only 40 out of 100+ people passed the third test. I don't know if I passed or not. Thank you very much for stealing ALOT of my memory space in my brain and giving me shitty results. Now I have to start studying for finals and hopefully get the highest total marks for at least one of the subjects :D

Why so cheap?

My friend asked me...why your dream car such an old and cheap car?(see the post before this if you dont know whats my dream car)
well...its not actually my dream car, its more of if i can get that car i can get hot chicks kinda thing :P haha...nahhhh....cause im thinking logically...i mean if i work hard enough, i can actually get it :D and its not cheap k...its around 200k >.< apparently, my friends think that dream cars should be more than 500k XD
So now, i decided to tell you guys, my REAL dream car or you could call the car that I always dream about (for now) is :

So yesterday, I wanted to go to pyramid to buy some new xbox games. While I was driving on the LDP, a black coloured Nissan Skyline GTR R34 went infront of me, then I started to stare....at its butt. :D Coincidentally, the skyline was going to pyramid as well. So I followed it. I drove close to it so I could listen to the sound of the engine (btw, I turned off my radio XD). I followed the skyline all the way into the parking and then I had to go down one level. Boohooo. I love that engine sound and of course, that butt xD Oh and FYI, thats my dream car. Teehee :D

The Thunderbirds

Recently, the famous USAF (US Air Force) Thunderbirds came to malaysia to do a show at Subang airport. In the newspaper, it said the show will start at 9, on the internet, the show is said to start at 10, then my bro said the show will start at 11. So confusing. So on saturday, ili, sara(ili's sis), ida(ili's friend) and me went to subang airport around 8. The traffic was quite packed already because people just parked their car at the side of the road. After we found a parking spot (at the side of the road also XD), we waited.

Then it was 10, still no show. So we walked to the place where alot of people were gathering which was beside the runway. We found a place to sit then we got bored. So we played name the car game. The game goes like this, just name each car that passed by. I got most of the Honda cars correct and some other easy ones like Proton and Perodua. Haha :P

After a while, it started to rain, so we headed back to the car. Waited for awhile then around 11, we heard the sound of a jet. So we went out of the car (and yes it was still raining) and saw one jet. It was the RMAF( Royal Malaysian Air Force) Sukhoi Su-30 jet. It twisted and turned for awhile then it was gone. Booo. Then we waited in the car AGAIN. XD

Around 11.30 heard somemore jet sounds, then we saw 6 white coloured F-16 jets. Woooohoooo. It was the Thunderbirds. They flew in different formations of 2,4,5 and 6. They flew so close to each other that it looked like they were tailgating like cars. HAHA. Awesomeness. One of the jets even passed by us like 20+ meters overhead. The sweet sound and feeling of the jet passing was even more awesome. Even ili said " K, dah puas hati " :D The show lasted about 30 mins.

Tomorrow I have to start doing my accounts assignment. Haihz. Last assignment to pass up before mid semester break. Oh FYI, Im having my mid sem break on the 2nd week of raya. HAHA. Yup, so hopefully the 2nd week of Raya I can finally reunite with my XBOX360 and LCD TV for the whole week! :D

Another sleepless nite, I'm still staring at the ceiling

My plan to sleep early for this whole week FAILED. EPIC FAIL. Why? Cause I can't bloody fall asleep when it is only 10.30. I just stare at the ceiling and roll around in bed. Also, I studied until 12 or 1 on Tuesday and Thursday nite because of Bis Law and Econs exam. Luckily the Accounts exam was postponed to next week which is the same week with Info System exam. So yeah, 2 more papers to go.

What's next you ask? Of course, comes the ASSIGNMENT! ARGHH!
Eh wait, 3 ASSIGNMENTS! TRIPLE ARGHH!!!

Oh yea, our mid sem break is the 2nd week of raya, so the 1st week of raya we only have 2 days off. HAHA. It's ok though, the 2nd week is when people usually do open house. So I can go to all of them! Hopefully! :D

Well, this whole week I've experienced muscle fatigue. Yup, it's because of puasa, college and bowling. The three of them don't go well together. I've been sleeping late around 12 or 1 and woke up for sahur around 5. Then I will either go back to sleep (which I often do) for an hour or just stay up and then it's time to go to college. Wednesday was the most tiring day this week. Class started at 8 and finished at 4. Then I went to the bowling alley with Esha (My boss xD) and Qina. Played bowling from 5 till 7 and then it was time to break fast. When I got home at around 8.30, I was literally dragging my body to bed. Felt as if I'm gonna faint soon enough. The next day woke up for sahur as usual and then went back to sleep. And guess what, I woke up at 9.14. Accounts lecture started at 8. HAHA. GG. Plus, my body was aching like heck. So I only went for my econs tutorial that day. Haihz.

That's what you get when you put your phone beside you when you sleep. When the alarm goes off, you will just stop it and go back to sleep. Then you will wake up late and start cursing WTHWTFROFLORZERZOWNED. So lesson of the week is to put your phone far far far away from you as possible so you would have to actually get out of bed to stop the alarm. :D

Phew, I'm ok with this for another 3 weeks but I need to start sleeping early at around 9 or 10. Yes, I know, I'm a good boy and I go to sleep early. I ain't superhuman so ALOT of sleep is needed. I'll probably sleep alot during weekends to cover for my weekdays xD My eyesight is also suffering from sleeping late and I get constant headaches.

Next week is test week. Will be having business law, accounting and economics tests. Need to study, now. Wait, heck, who am I kidding? Study later, watch Gundam first. HAHA. Just joking :P

Gundam 00

Thanks to my bro, I am now addicted back to Gundams. Why? Cause my bro brought me to this gundam warehouse sale in Cheras. He was searching for this so called "rare" gundam model. While I was there, I looked through the latest models from the latest series and I actually bought one model just because it looks cool. So once I reached home my bro told me to watch the latest gundam show la (came out last year), Gundam 00. Currently watching the first season. Yup, there are 2 seasons and a movie is planned for next year. WOOHOO.

The series is set in 2307 AD. As a result of the depletion of fossil fuels, humanity had to search for a new source of power. The power was found in the form of massive arrays of solar power collectors orbiting the Earth, and supported by three orbital elevators, each one serving one of the three "power blocs" on the planet, namely UNION, controlling the region surrounding North America, Human Reform League consisting of China, Russia and India, and AEU, which controls mainland Europe.

With this nearly inexhaustible source of energy benefiting only the major powers and their allies, constant warfare erupts around the globe among minor countries for fuels and energy. Countries that once economically relied on the sale of fossil fuels have plunged into poverty.

This chaos led to the formation of a private military organization, called Celestial Being, dedicated to eradicating war and uniting humanity through the use of four humanoid machines called Gundams.

Mobile Suit Gundam 00 follows four mobile suit pilots termed Gundam Meisters, sided with Celestial Being.

Summary :

So basically, the world is at war with each other to gain control of the main resource which is the sun's power. The main objective of the Celestial Being which consists of the Gundam pilots is to end this war by armed intervention. That means they stop people from fighting la by defeating both sides if needed. XD This show is just awesome because it involves politics, politics, politics and oh yeah politics. HAHA. Just kidding, there are politics but luckily there are also sufficient fight scenes(and might I say there are DAMN GOOD ONES) and of course a very very good story line. It's all twists and turns. Alot of people died. No funny2 stuffs here. Its like a drama. Probably one of the best gundam series so far. :D

So it's the time of the year again where we have to "puasa" a.k.a fasting. Then comes the best celebration of the year which is RAYA. Wooo. So happy ber-fasting kepada smua yg berkenaan. Jgn pandai2 nak ponteng plak. :D

XD I don't know how to describe this movie because it's too good. I'm gonna go watch it again this week. And yeah, be prepared to get the terminator theme stuck in your head. Make sure you see this movie cause it's just incredible :D

Today in class, our macroecons lecturer Mrs. Loo was asked about her car :

American Idol 8

All I've got to say is...the americans are way STUPID...Adam deserved to win...why?...because if you've seen the other seasons, there is NO ONE like Adam...he's in a different level than the other people...yes, Kris is talented cause he can play the guitar and piano...but he's just like others...a NORMAL artist...where as Adam can REALLY sing but some say he's screaming 24/7 but he actually is not...come on la...who else through out the american idol seasons can reach those high notes? ONLY Adam can...and who is the ONLY person to get a standing ovation from Simon Cowell...ONLY Adam...and btw, those who won first place may not be as popular to those who didnt won...just like chris daughtry...so yeah, think again...see back all the concerts and see who REALLY should be the American Idol...I am not pissed off...this is just my point of view...but my mum is quite mad...she deleted all the recorded concerts in astromax...and my macroecons lecturer was also quite sad...but WTH, it's just american idol =P

The story is somewhat like heroes but different. The star of the show is Nick Gant (Chris Evans, Human Torch in Fantastic Four). He is a "mover" where by he can move things with his mind. Cassie Holmes (Dakota Fanning) is a "watcher" where by she can predict the future but the future changes with the decision they take. There is also the "pusher" where by they can go into someones mind and make them believe the things they say. For example, there is a scene where the pusher said to someone "Take the gun, put it in your mouth and pull the trigger. Don't worry, the gun is empty, you've already checked it." and BOOM, dead. hahaha. Its an awesome show with some twist and turns. Definitely a must watch. :D

THE MOST AWESOME MOVIE I'VE SEEN SO FAR (until transformers 2 comes)

Okay, I'm not a fan of the Star Trek series but this movie is gooooooood. Seriously, even my sister who is not a science fiction fan, loves this movie. The opening scenes will get you glued to your seats and then you cannot stop loving the show. It's so awesomeeeeee. My mom is gonna watch it again this weekend. The STAR newspaper gave it 5 stars for the review. So yeah, book your seat for the next show and enjoy the ride. You will regret if you dont watch it, trust me. ;D

Fullmetal Alchemist

Edward and Alphonse Elric are two alchemist brothers. Their father, Hohenheim, leaves home for unknown reasons and years later, their mother, Trisha Elric, dies of a terminal illness leaving the Elric brothers alone. After their mother's death, Edward becomes determined to bring her back through the use of alchemy, an advanced science in which objects can be created from raw materials. They research Human Transmutation, a forbidden art in which one attempts to create or modify a human being. However, this attempt fails, ultimately resulting in the loss of Edward's left leg and Alphonse's entire body. In a desperate effort to save his brother, Edward sacrifices his right arm to affix Alphonse's soul to a suit of armor. Some days later, an alchemist named Roy Mustang visits the Elric brothers, and he tells Edward to become a member of the State Military of the country to find a way to recover their bodies. After that, Edward's left leg and right arm are replaced with automail, a type of advanced prosthetic limb, created for him by his close family friends. They then began the search for the legendary Philosopher's Stone, a powerful object which would allow them to recover their bodies.

Sony Walkman W202

The key feature of the W202 is the Zappin technology. Zappin function sort of takes a snap shot of the track so that you are able to recognize it right away instead of listening from the very beginning of the track and wonder if it is the song you want to continue to enjoy. The player plays back song clips for about 4 seconds each. If the most recognizable passage of the song cannot be found, the song is played back from the 45 sec point from the beginning. The sound effects when you activate zappin feature are pretty awesome (check it out in the video below to see what I mean), and by the way, activating is as easy as holding down the jog dial. So kudos to Sony for introducing this neat feature!

So basically, by pressing the Zappin button, it will preview 4 seconds of a song, if you want to hear the full song, just click it again. If not, it will continue and preview another song. Ain't that cool?

Shinjuku Incident

One of the best movie that I've seen this year. You won't see Jackie Chan kung fu-ing all the way. Its a drama thingy but its good. Whole lot of talking and stuff. A must see for everyone. And yeah, its in cantonese/chinese and japanese but there are subtitles. Oh yeah, bring tissues cause its not a happy ending. Oops, spoiler. XD
