Well, 3 more days and I'm back to facing books. Wat was supposed to be 3 months felt like a month to me. It's already going to be March. Hell yeah. Wat happened to January and February? By the time I wake up to face reality I think I'm gonna have my degree. Well, thats a lil bit of an exaggeration. But still, notice that time flies quicker now. One of the sign that the world is gonna end. Uh-huh. Better start building those ships like in the 2012 movie. Haha.

I've started drinking some whey protein to ya know, gain some muscle. Cause apparently people say I'm too thin now. Haih. But I can't complain much cause the whey protein taste really really really good. French vanilla flavour. Yummy. The brand I bought has been awarded with the Best Whey Protein & Best Supplement of the Year for 5 years straight until now. Hope that it works.
Losing weight is the easy part, gaining muscle is when the term 'no pain, no gain' comes into play. Literally. Have been reading a lot of tips on how to gain muscle. They say you have to eat 1g of protein per pound daily. So if I am 180 pounds, I have to eat 180g of protein. Food like 250g of chicken breast, has about 60g of protein. So I have to eat 3 of those a day, steamed not deep fried or anything else. On top of that, I need to carry heavier weights during workout. Ughhh, told ya losing weight is easier -_-"
Don't worry though, I'm not gonna be like those bodybuilders with like biceps as big as your head. I hope not. Though I am addicted to working-out. Seriously addicted. Wow this has been a long post. Till next time peeps. :)
